GROUP BOOKING POLICY
For group bookings of minimum 15 full-paying persons, the 16th person is free of charge in half-twin.
For group bookings of minimum 20 full-paying persons, the 21st person is free of charge in single room.
For group bookings of minimum 15 full-paying persons, the 16th person is free of charge in half-twin.
For group bookings of minimum 20 full-paying persons, the 21st person is free of charge in single room.
CHILD POLICY – FREE OF CHARGE FOR INFANT BELOW 2 YO
Package tours:
Children below 12 years old sharing room with 2 adults and requiring extra bed are granted 25% discount; children below 12 years old sharing room with 2 adults without extra bed are granted 45% discount.
Accommodation only:
No additional charge if children up to 11 years old shared room & existing beds with parents (no breakfast included). If an extra bed is requested, the applicable rate as per our tariff for an extra bed will be charged, which also includes breakfast
Deposit & Payment policy
The amount required for deposit will depend on the nature of your booking and will only be enough to cover cancellation fees imposed on VIP tour Asia by third parties in the event of "no-show" and as a demonstration that the booking is made in good faith.
Deposit of US $100,00 per booking ONLY is required upon confirmation of booking tour. You have peace of mind for months before departure dates. At that point, we would require full prepayment 60days before departure for all services by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by the client.
All the tour packages on this website operate on a pre-payment basis. Payment can be made either using a major credit card at 2.27 credit card fee (Visa, Master card only) or 4% for American Express Credit card. We accept payment by credit card online or offline at your convenience. After receiving your payment, we will issue you the voucher and/or final confirmation itinerary, which can be sent to you by fax or email.
VIP tour Asia adds no extra charges on any method of payment other than those required by banks or credit providers involved. Also note that we add no extra/ hidden charges of any after your final confirmation. Options for payment depend on the guest's country of residence and will be explained in more detail during the booking process.
Prices & Fluctuation
Since prices represent low season twin share prices (unless otherwise clearly stated) and include all government levies and airport taxes as at the date of publication unless otherwise indicated. Please note that these levies and taxes are subject to change. Additionally, due to the fluctuation of currency, regrettably currency surcharges may be necessary. VIP tour Asia will without guarantee try to give clients who have paid deposits a grace period to pay in full in order to avoid any surcharge. However, the best way to avoid surcharges is to pay in full as soon as possible
Booking Amendment
Flexibility/ opening is our strongest point as we are working seriously. You can amend your booking when it is made. Just contact us at info@viptourasia.com with your booking number. Our reservation team is glad to amend your booking accordingly.
Cancellation policy
Non refundable deposit upon services confirmation
Cancellations will be charged as follows:
- >60 days before arrival: We guarantee 100% money back (US $100 administration & banking service fee per booking is forfeited)
- 30- 59 days before arrival: 10% cancellation charge.
- 15- 29 days before arrival: 40%
- < 14 days before arrival: 100%
- No show of unused services
Changes
We try best to not have to make any changes to your tour itinerary, howerver we sometimes do need to make changes based on the local situation. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary of your tour if air schedule or surface transportation changes, and/or events beyond our control make such alterations necessary.
If you have already booked with confirmation letter from us, we will let you know as soon as possible. We may offer you hotel/flight/sightseeing program alternatives in the same or higher standard if the original service is not available.

Liability
VIP tour Asia acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, transport operators and local tourist offices providing the services. VIP tour Asia is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by tourists, including those occurring outside the tour programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance.
Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur VIP tour Asia will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Programs, prices, services, and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour. Participation in our services implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.
Passport & Entry visa
Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destinations.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel. Visa procedure or visa upon arrival is available upon your request. Just contact us please!
Travel insurance
Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify whether his/ her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details.
VIP tour Asia strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour: the loss of deposits through cancellation, lost of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.

Since flight schedules vary from day to day, schedules of sightseeing tours may sometimes require adjustment. Although VIP tour Asia offers a selection of accommodation at various hotels, it may not always be possible to confirm accommodation as requested due to very limited room capacities during certain periods and certain parts of Asia. Alternative accommodation can in some cases be at sub-standard hotels, which lack essential facilities. No refunds can be made for any shortcomings related to accommodation there. Visa fees are not included in the tour prices.

case of schedule changes or flight cancellation we will always try
everything human possible to arrange an alternate program within the
framework of the original quoted costs. However we reserve the right to
charge any cost exceeding the original budget to the tour
operator/travel agent or to the participant of a tour after consultation
with the agent.
Governing law
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating in any way to these Terms & conditons, to the Responsibility Clause, to the Brochure, or any information relating in any way to the trip, or to the trip itself, shall be settled solely and exclusively by arbitration in Vietnam SR.
We reserve the right to modify or rescind these terms & conditions in whole, or in part at any time with or without prior notice
Governing law
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating in any way to these Terms & conditons, to the Responsibility Clause, to the Brochure, or any information relating in any way to the trip, or to the trip itself, shall be settled solely and exclusively by arbitration in Vietnam SR.
